• Pool accounts, payouts or wallet recovery. We operate no pool and hold no funds.
• Individual hardware diagnostics or advice on whether mining is worthwhile for you.
• Anything involving mining on hardware you do not own or administer.

Before you write

Most questions are already answered in troubleshooting, configuration or the security guide. If you are reporting a problem with a page, telling us which page and which sentence saves a round trip.

We have not yet published a contact address for this site. Once it is set up it will appear here; until then, please do not send personal or financial details to any address claiming to represent xmrigsoftware.com, and never share a wallet seed phrase or private key with anyone, including us.
